Your account

Accounts are for the person or organization we invited or approved. Keep your password private, and let us know if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. An admin reviews new sign-ups and can approve, pause, or remove an account.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of the transcripts, writing, files, and other material you add. You give us permission to store and process that material so the app can run the features you use, such as extracting concepts, matching a writing voice, generating drafts, and scoring interviews.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you add, including any material that mentions other people, such as podcast guests. Do not upload anything unlawful or anything you are not allowed to share.

AI-generated output

The app uses AI models to generate drafts and scores. AI output can be wrong, biased, or misleading, and two people can receive similar results. Treat everything the app produces as a starting draft, and review it before you publish or rely on it. You are responsible for the content you choose to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break its security, access another account's data, overload the service, or use it to produce unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the app running, but we provide it as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Wonderfish is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Ending your access

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or end access if an account breaks these terms or to protect the service. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
