This policy explains what Wonderfish Content Studio collects when you use the app, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and how you can get your data removed. It covers the app itself, including the Podcast Coach tools inside it.

Who we are

Wonderfish operates this app to help our clients turn source material into on-brand content. For anything in this policy, reach us at jcolistra@wonderfish.xyz.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of data.

Account data. When you create an account we store your name, email address, an encrypted (hashed) password, and an optional company name. We never store your password in plain text.

Content you add. This is the substance of the app: the client workspaces you create, the transcripts, writing samples, and PDFs you upload or paste, the concepts and stories we extract from them, the drafts the app generates, and the Podcast Coach reports you run along with the transcripts they score. Some of this content may include personal information about other people, such as podcast guests. You are responsible for having the right to upload it.

How we use it

We use your account data to sign you in, control who can see which client workspace, and email admins when a new account needs review. We use the content you add to run the features you asked for: extracting concepts, building a style profile, generating drafts, and scoring interviews.

To do that, the text you provide is sent to an AI model through the Vercel AI Gateway, which returns the generated concepts, drafts, and scores. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a small set of vendors to run the app. Each one only handles what it needs to:

  • Vercel hosts the app, stores uploaded files, and provides cookieless usage analytics.
  • Neon provides the Postgres database where your account and content data live.
  • Our AI provider, reached through the Vercel AI Gateway, processes the text you submit to generate concepts, drafts, and scores.
  • Resend sends the notification emails admins receive about new account requests.

Your data is stored and processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until it is deleted. There is no automatic expiry. You can delete an individual source, draft, or report from inside the app at any time, and that removal takes effect immediately. When you ask us to close your account and remove your data, we erase your account, your client workspaces, every source and uploaded file, and your reports.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under the GDPR or the CCPA. To make a request, email jcolistra@wonderfish.xyz. We will verify the request against your account before acting on it.

Cookies

The app sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is required for the app to work, so there is no consent banner. Our usage analytics are cookieless and do not track you across other sites. If we ever add advertising or third-party tracking cookies, we will update this policy first.

Changes to this policy

When we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
